Set on a sun-drenched hill in Zamask, just outside storybook Motovun, this modern 2016 villa spreads across 290 m² and sleeps up to 7 guests across three double en‑suite bedrooms (180x200). It’s built for easy, stylish living — think contemporary lines, A/C in every room, underfloor heating, and a cozy fireplace for cooler nights.

Indoor,s you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and dining for eight, perfect for leisurely breakfasts or group cooking sessions (oven, stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, ice maker, and spices included). The living area is relaxed and media-ready with a smart TV, Netflix, SAT TV, stereo system, and Wi‑Fi throughout. Each bedroom has its own TV and en‑suite bathroom, and practical extras like a washing machine, dryer, iron, and baby gear (cot, high chair, children’s cutlery) make family stays effortless.

Notes

Guests are welcome to use the organic vegetable garden. For all reservations made for less than 7 nights, a 200€ cleaning fee should be paid upon arrival. For reservations of 2 weeks and more there is a 10% discount.
