Villa ETA

This villa consists of a ground floor, and 3 floors above the ground floor. Each floor has its separate entrance. On the ground floor of the villa, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a living room for relaxation. 

On the first floor, there are 3 fully equipped kitchens, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.  They are all separated in 'apartments', each having a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and its own balcony. This is a perfect accommodation for those wishing to travel with friends and family, but still have their own privacy in the villa.

On the second floor of the villa, there are also 3 kitchens, 3 bedrooms with their own balconies, and 4 bathrooms. While on the attic, the last floor, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

In the villa's yard, you can enjoy sipping cocktails by the pool, on sun loungers, or on the garden furniture. In the fully fenced yard, there is also a barbecue area, with a dining area that can sit up to 20 guests. 

There are activities for everybody in this villa, from chess and board games to table soccer. There are also bicycles in the villa that you can take for a ride. Kids will also love this villa because it has a children`s playground by the pool and a playroom inside the villa.
