Set right on the water in Okrug Gornji, Trogir, this is a beachfront escape where you can step from the garden onto the pebble and sand in seconds — the beach is literally 5 m away. The house is brand-new (2024), with 600 m2 of indoor space on a 700 m2 plot, designed for large groups who want space, privacy and modern comforts. It sleeps up to 16 guests across 8 elegant bedrooms and offers a total of 10 bathrooms (9 with showers), so everyone gets their own slice of calm. There are two pools on the property including a 44 m2 heated pool with countercurrent swimming and a hydromassage pool for lazy afternoons.

Inside you'll find light, contemporary living areas — two living rooms, three fully equipped kitchens and an indoor dining area that seats 18, plus an outdoor dining area for long al fresco meals.
