Perched in Stari Grad on the island of Hvar, this modern Mediterranean villa offers 190 m2 of elegantly appointed indoor space on a 1,000 m2 plot with an amazing sea view and a 30 m2 private pool. Designed for up to eight guests, the property blends contemporary design with authentic island charm—carefully tended gardens, a fully fenced yard and private parking create a secure, relaxing environment. 

The interior features three generous double bedrooms (180 x 200 cm) each with an en-suite bathroom—one with a bathtub and two with showers—plus a sofa bed to comfortably accommodate the full party. Climate comfort is assured with central heating and A/C units in every room. Living spaces include a fully equipped kitchen with induction and ceramic cooktops, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, an indoor dining area for eight and modern amenities such as WI‑FI, SAT TV, stereo system, safe box, washing machine, dryer and 24/7 guest support.

The villa includes daily pool maintenance. Daily cleaning is upon request. Towels are changed every third day (minimum stay seven nights). There is a possibility of renting a golf cart. It is possible to order a private dinner at an extra charge.
