Set on Hvar island amid an 8,500 m² private plot, this contemporary stone villa (indoor area 300 m², built 2016) offers spacious, secluded living for up to 12 guests. The property comprises five double en-suite bedrooms (180x200) and a total of six bathrooms — including one with a bathtub, four with showers and one with toilet and washbasin — ensuring comfort and privacy for every guest. The grounds blend Mediterranean planting with an olive grove and orchard, a fully fenced yard and carefully tended gardens that create an atmosphere of complete privacy and calm.

Inside you'll find two fully equipped kitchens, modern appliances (induction cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer and ice maker), an indoor dining area for 10 and comfortable living spaces with TV and SAT TV in every room and reliable WI‑FI. Air conditioning and heating are provided in each room, and additional conveniences include a washing machine, dryer, iron and board, safe box, and child-friendly items such as a baby cot and high chair.

Pool heating is available for 20€ per day! Bicycle rental is possible for 10€ per day! There is a special fee for wedding organizations (available on request). The maximum number of guests is 80 people. Up to 45 people are included in the price, and each additional person is charged 10€ (Cleaning is included in the price, the event is held outside the property)
