Set on a generous 1,500 m2 plot in Sevid with amazing sea views, this modern villa (built 2020) is a bright, welcoming retreat for up to 8 guests. The indoor area of 153 m2 is laid out for easy living: a fully equipped kitchen opens to an indoor dining area for eight and a comfortable living space with a couch, TV and SAT TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows draw the Mediterranean light in and lead out to terraces where the sound of the sea is never far away — the beach is just 700 m from the house.
The villa’s three bedrooms include two with en-suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub as well as a shower), comfortably sleeping your group with quality linens, bathrobes and toiletries provided. Practical comforts are thought of everywhere: A/C in every room (heating via A/C units), WI‑FI, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and a well-stocked welcome package.
