The beach is only 150 m away, the town centre, restaurants, and market are about 500 m away, and Split Airport is a convenient 14 km drive — perfect for a pampered coastal escape or a base from which to explore Dalmatia.

Inside you’ll find a never‑ending list of comforts: an indoor heated pool (26 m2) with countercurrent swimming, a soothing jacuzzi, and a private sauna for slow afternoons. The home is warm in winter thanks to underfloor heating and flexible A/C in every room, while a fireplace and a well‑equipped gym add extra variety to your stay.

In the period 01.9.-30.6. pool heating up to 30 degrees is included in the price. In the period 1.7.-31.08., pool heating is available only at an additional cost of 50€ per day and to max temperature 32 degrees. The tavern shown in the pictures is separate from the villa and can be rented for an extra charge (capacity of 30 people). After September 11th, there may be construction work nearby.
