Villa M&D
About Villa
Tucked into the charming coastal village of Dugi Rat, just a short drive south of Split, this brand-new villa — completed in 2026 — is the kind of place that makes you wonder why you'd ever stay anywhere else. Spread across 234 m² of beautifully designed living space on a fully fenced 521 m² plot, it comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four generous en-suite bedrooms, each fitted with a plush double bed and a private bathroom. Everything here feels fresh, considered, and genuinely luxurious — from the underfloor heating in the bathrooms to the fireplace in the living area that makes it just as inviting in winter as it is in summer.
Inside, the villa is set up for real comfort and easy living. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need — oven, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee machine, and even a stash of spices — so whether you're cooking a lazy breakfast or hosting a proper dinner, you're covered.
