Situated in the tranquil rural setting of Novo Zvečevo near Požega, this elegant villa comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests across an airy 86 m² indoor area on a 790 m² plot. Built in 2010 and available year‑round, the property centers on relaxation and wellness: a 28 m² heated pool, an indoor pool, a sauna and a Jacuzzi create a small private spa where guests can unwind regardless of season. Carefully tended gardens, sun loungers and a partially fenced yard ensure both privacy and safety for children and pets (allowed on request).

The living spaces are thoughtfully arranged for families and groups. Three bedrooms include one room with a double bed (180×200) plus a single (90×200) and two bedrooms each with a double bed (160×200); two modern bathrooms feature showers, toilets and washbasins.
