Tucked in the peaceful hamlet of Novo Zvečevo, Požega, this charming countryside villa is the kind of place you tell friends about when you want them to unwind properly. Built in 2010 and set on a 650 m² plot with a 75 m² indoor area, it sits among gentle nature views and cycling trails of Eastern Croatia’s wine country. The outdoor space feels like a mini resort: a 24 m² private pool, sun loungers for six, sun umbrellas, an outdoor shower and dining area for ten surrounded by a carefully tended garden and lawn.

Inside, the layout is friendly and functional for up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms (one double 180x200, one double 160x200 and one twin 100x200) and 2 bathrooms with showers. The living spaces are relaxed and easy — a comfy sofa, armchair, TV and SAT TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining for six.
