Villa Mr. Smith
About Villa
Nestled in the charming coastal village of Blace, near Ploče, this brand-new, contemporary villa — completed in 2026 — is a masterpiece of modern Dalmatian living. Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests across six beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, the property spans an impressive 300 m² of indoor living space set within a fully fenced 600 m² plot. Whether you are planning a milestone celebration, a multi-family retreat, or simply an indulgent escape along the Croatian coast, this villa offers an exceptional setting that feels both effortlessly luxurious and genuinely welcoming.
Inside, the villa is thoughtfully curated for comfort and togetherness. Each of the six bedrooms features a generous 200×200 cm double bed and a private en-suite bathroom complete with shower, toilet, and washbasin — with the added touch of underfloor heating for those cooler evenings.
