About Villa

Nestled in the charming coastal village of Blace, near Ploče, this spectacular newly built villa — completed in 2026 — offers an extraordinary luxury retreat for up to 12 guests seeking the very finest of the Croatian Adriatic experience. Spanning an impressive 300 m² of interior living space across a 600 m² plot, the property has been designed with meticulous attention to detail, blending contemporary elegance with the natural beauty of its stunning seaside surroundings. With the beach just 100 metres away and the town centre, market, restaurants, and bars all within a leisurely 150–200 metre stroll, the location strikes a rare and enviable balance between seclusion and convenience.

Inside, the villa accommodates guests across six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a generous 200×200 cm double bed and a private en-suite bathroom complete with shower, toilet, and washbasin — including underfloor heating for a touch of indulgent comfort. The villa's four fully equipped kitchens and spacious indoor dining area — set for up to 12 — make it an exceptional choice for large groups who value both togetherness and privacy.

A cosy living area with smart TVs, armchairs, sofa beds, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensures every comfort is met, while a dedicated workspace caters to those who may need to stay connected during their stay.

The outdoor spaces are nothing short of breathtaking. Two pools — both heated and infinity-edged — take full advantage of the panoramic sea views, with one featuring a countercurrent swimming system for the more active guest. A private Jacuzzi, eight sun loungers, four sun umbrellas, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with dining for 18 create an alfresco living environment that is simply unmatched. The carefully tended garden, fully fenced yard, outdoor shower, and lawn watering system reflect the care and quality invested throughout the property. Boat mooring is available upon request, making this an ideal base for those wishing to explore the Adriatic by sea.

The location along the southern Dalmatian coast places guests within easy reach of some of Croatia's most celebrated destinations. The historic walled city of Dubrovnik lies approximately 79 km away, while the dramatic landscapes of the Neretva River Delta and the pristine beaches of the Makarska Riviera are all within comfortable driving distance. Whether you're island-hopping along the Dalmatian archipelago or simply savouring the unhurried pace of coastal village life, this location offers a truly authentic Croatian experience.

This villa is ideally suited to discerning families, groups of couples, or multi-generational parties seeking a premium, private retreat with hotel-level services on hand. Optional extras including a private chef, concierge service, daily cleaning, food delivery, pre-stocking, and private transfers ensure that every aspect of your stay can be tailored to perfection. Please note that pets and young groups are not permitted, and events or weddings may be arranged upon request. This is a villa that promises not just a holiday, but an unforgettable Adriatic experience.
