The property spans a 300 m2 plot with an indoor area of 185 m2 and a private 21 m2 pool overlooking the sea — the beach is literally 20 m away. Ideal for up to 6 guests, the villa features 3 elegantly appointed double bedrooms and a total of 4 bathrooms, including en-suite facilities for two of the 180 x 200 cm double beds and a further double (160 x 200 cm). A welcome package and daily cleaning are included to ensure a relaxed arrival and effortless stay.
Interiors are designed for comfort and functionality: an open-plan living area with a couch, armchairs and SAT/Smart TV serves as the social heart, while the fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a starter coffee capsule package) makes self-catering easy.
