About Villa

Nestled on the sun-drenched island of Rab, Croatia, this exceptional villa offers a rare combination of contemporary luxury and unspoiled Adriatic charm. Set within a generous 6,000 m² private estate, the property provides an extraordinary sense of space, seclusion, and tranquility that is increasingly difficult to find on one of Croatia's most beloved islands. With 160 m² of thoughtfully designed interior living space, the villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three elegantly appointed bedrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families, close friends, or couples seeking a refined island escape.

Inside, the villa strikes a perfect balance between warmth and sophistication. Two of the three bedrooms feature king-size double beds (180×200 cm) with private en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (160×200 cm) with access to a dedicated bathroom each fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The ground floor bedroom adds a layer of accessibility and convenience for guests with mobility considerations. The living spaces are enriched by underfloor heating, a fireplace, and air conditioning throughout, ensuring year-round comfort regardless of the season. The fully equipped kitchen features a Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker, dishwasher, oven, and all modern appliances, while the indoor dining area seats up to eight guests in style. Entertainment is effortlessly covered with a Smart TV with Netflix, satellite television, stereo system, and TVs in every room.

Step outside and discover an outdoor living experience that is nothing short of spectacular. The 21 m² heated saltwater pool takes centre stage, surrounded by sun loungers, garden furniture, and shaded areas with sun umbrellas — perfect for long, languid afternoons in the Adriatic sun. The fully fenced and meticulously tended garden offers complete privacy, while the outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and alfresco dining area for eight set the scene for unforgettable evening gatherings under the stars. An outdoor shower and outdoor television complete this exceptional exterior space, where the line between inside and outside living beautifully dissolves.

The villa's location on the island of Rab places guests within effortless reach of everything the island has to offer. The town centre is just 1 km away, with its celebrated medieval old town, vibrant waterfront promenades, and charming local restaurants. The nearest beach is a pleasant 1.2 km stroll, while cafés, bars, and markets are all within 900 metres. Whether you're exploring Rab's pristine naturist beaches, sailing the surrounding Kvarner archipelago, or simply enjoying the island's legendary hospitality, the villa serves as a perfect base for discovery. The property also offers the unique flexibility of weddings and special events upon request, making it a truly versatile luxury venue.

This villa is ideally suited to discerning guests who value privacy, quality, and authenticity in equal measure. Families with young children will appreciate the child high chair, fully fenced grounds, and ground floor bedroom, while those working remotely will find comfort in the dedicated home office and high-speed Wi-Fi.
