This recently built (2023) contemporary villa sits on a 650 m² plot with 400 m² of indoor living, a heated 32 m² pool, and panoramic sea views that unfold from several rooms. The design feels modern but warm: think clean lines, a carefully tended Mediterranean garden, and thoughtful extras like a wine cellar, fireplace and a welcome package to get your stay started.
Inside you’ll find comfortable space for eight guests across four double bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms) and five bathrooms in total (four with shower). Two fully equipped kitchens plus an outdoor kitchen and barbecue make it easy to cook when you want, and there’s a start package of coffee capsules for lazy mornings.
