Set on a generous 7,000 m² Mediterranean plot near Rovinj, Hrvatska, this contemporary stone villa (built 2018) blends modern design with regional character. The indoor living area of 300 m² accommodates up to 12 guests across five spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and an en-suite shower room. Central comforts include air conditioning and TV in every room, Wi‑Fi, a stone fireplace in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and indoor dining for 12 — offering a refined base for family gatherings or groups of friends.

Living spaces are designed for conviviality and relaxation: a lounge with Smart TV and SAT, comfortable seating and direct access to outdoor terraces, plus a dedicated gym, sauna and an indoor/outdoor spa experience with jacuzzi. Entertainment options include table tennis, bocce ball, badminton and a children’s playground, while practical amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, safe box and ample private parking make longer stays effortless.

During the high season 2026 (31.05. - 19.09. 2026) the villa can be booked for 5 nights for the additional price of 20% on the original prices. For reservations of 3 or more nights in periods 29.3. – 30.5.2026 (pre-season) and 20.9. – 31.12.2026 (postseason) we grant a 20% discount on the total amount of accommodation! The pool is heated upon request for an additional fee of 500€/week or for 300€ for less than a week period. For each time period, guests can book a luxury package (instead of a regular one) at a higher price (a previous agreement with agents is necessary). The luxury package includes early check-in and late check-out when available, housekeeping for 1 hour each day, a heated pool, a buffet breakfast, with wine and schnapps included, and concierge service.
