The indoor area of 250 m2 is designed for comfort and year‑round use: underfloor heating, A/C in every room and a fireplace create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The property accommodates 7 guests across three bedrooms — two doubles (160x200) with en‑suite bathrooms and one twin (2 x 80x200) with its own en‑suite — and a total of five bathrooms (three with showers, two with toilet and washbasin), plus plentiful bed linen and towels.

Living spaces combine contemporary design with family‑friendly functionality: a fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining for eight, a comfortable lounge with TV/SAT and stereo, a dedicated workspace, and recreation areas that include a relaxation room, table soccer and PlayStation. Wellness is a highlight — a sauna, hydromassage pool/jacuzzi, treadmill, boxing bag and other gym equipment provide a private spa and fitness experience without leaving the villa.
