The villa’s living areas are designed for both sociable gatherings and restful privacy: three bedrooms with 160x200 doubles, one with a 180x200 double and a twin bedroom (2x 90x200) — each with an en‑suite — and a mix of four shower bathrooms plus one with a bathtub. Inside you’ll find two fully equipped kitchens, an indoor dining area for ten, a cozy lounge with fireplace, Smart TVs and SAT TV in every room, a dedicated workspace/home office, gym equipment including a treadmill and cycling trail access, sauna, billiards, PlayStation and relaxation room.
