Nestled in the gentle Mediterranean landscape near Šibenik, this contemporary two-bedroom retreat sits on an 800 m² plot and was built in 2020. The compact 55 m² indoor layout is designed to maximise comfort for up to five guests, offering a double bedroom (160 x 200), a second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and a bathroom with shower. The property combines modern design with a relaxed, natural atmosphere — complete privacy, quiet surroundings and a carefully tended garden with orchard create an immediate sense of escape.

Inside, the villa is practical and well-equipped for family stays or small groups: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer and spices), an indoor dining area for four and an inviting living area with sofa bed, armchair and TV in every room. Entertainment and convenience are covered with WI‑FI, SAT TV, Netflix, a stereo system, movies & music selection, table tennis, chess, washing machine and ironing facilities.
