This is a modern, stone-built retreat just outside Poreč, completed in 2018 and spread across 400 m² of indoor living on a 1,200 m² plot. Set for groups of up to 10, the house has five spacious double bedrooms (all 180 x 200 cm) — three with en-suite bathrooms — plus a total of five bathrooms that include a full bath option and several showers. What you'll notice first is the generous 66 m² heated pool framed by sun loungers for ten, an outdoor kitchen and dining area for ten, a carefully tended garden with an orchard, and a gentle seaview from the property that makes mornings feel a little slower and evenings a touch more special.
Inside, the living spaces are designed for relaxed togetherness: a cosy stone house style with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, SAT TV and Wi‑Fi everywhere, and an indoor dining table for ten. The kitchen is fully equipped — oven, stove, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and more — so whether you love to cook or prefer food delivery (available on request), everything’s straightforward.
