The outdoor spaces are where this villa really shines. A 40 m² salt-water pool with 10 sun loungers and sun umbrellas sits against panoramic sea views; there’s an outdoor shower, toilet, electric barbecue, and dining area for long, lazy lunches. The fully fenced yard, trampoline and children’s playground create a secure, fun environment for little ones (and dogs — pets are welcome). For sea lovers, SUP boards are provided, and boat mooring/boat rental is available upon request (extra charge).

Set in a quiet, Mediterranean landscape yet only 3 km from the town centre and 300 m from the nearest restaurants and cafés, the villa is perfect for families, multigenerational groups, or friends seeking a seaside retreat with easy access to local markets (2 km) and the airport (15 km).  

Villa Kadena is an excellent base for discovering the charming village of Sumartin and the stunning island of Brač. Surrounded by crystal-clear bays, hidden beaches, and impressive natural scenery, the island offers countless opportunities for exploration. Visitors will also enjoy the authentic Dalmatian architecture, which reflects the island’s rich history and cultural heritage.

During your stay, take time to explore the picturesque towns of Supetar, Milna, Postira, and Bol. In Bol, you will find the famous Zlatni Rat beach, one of the most iconic beaches on the Adriatic and a must-visit destination on the island.
