Set in the tranquil place of Ljubotić near Drniš, this contemporary countryside villa offers a secluded Mediterranean retreat on a 400 m² plot with 120 m² of indoor living. Designed for up to 8 guests, the house features three bedrooms — two with double beds (160 x 200 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) — plus two bathrooms with showers. FA fireplace and A/C heating units ensure comfort throughout the year for a genuine, authentic experience of Dalmatian countryside living.

Indoors you’ll find a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, Smart TV with SAT, stereo and reliable WI‑FI, paired with a dedicated workspace for remote working. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (start package of coffee capsules provided), ice maker and a selection of spices, serving an indoor dining table for eight.
