Inside 340 m² of contemporary living you'll find five comfortable bedrooms for up to 10 guests — four doubles with 180x200 beds and one double at 160x200 — and a total of seven bathrooms (one with a bathtub, four with showers and two convenient WCs). The property tag of Sea View is reflected in calm glimpses toward the Adriatic, while the setting and design are all about relaxed luxury and privacy.

The living spaces are warm and sociable: a stone fireplace anchors a cosy lounge with Smart TV, Netflix and HBO, while a fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining for 10 make group meals effortless. Practical comforts include underfloor heating, air conditioning in every room, a workspace if you need to catch up, laundry facilities, and plenty of tech — WI‑FI, SAT TV and a stereo system — so everyone stays happy and connected.

Pool heating is free in June, July and August. For other periods, there is a fee of 50€/day.
