Tucked on the peaceful island of Pašman, this modern Mediterranean hideaway sits on a 400 m² plot with an airy 80 m² interior and an inviting private pool (18 m²) just steps from the sea. With the beach only 50 m away, you’ll wake up to salt air and end the day cooling off in your own pool while the carefully tended garden and fully fenced yard offer total privacy. The atmosphere is calm and authentic—think stone paths, garden chairs in dappled shade and a gentle island breeze.
Inside, the layout is effortless and family-friendly: two bedrooms (one double 180x200 cm, one double 160x200 cm) plus a sofa bed to comfortably host up to 5 guests, a baby cot and high chair available for little ones. There are two bathrooms—one with a shower—and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and a start pack of coffee capsules.
